Nathan Anderson, SIOR, CCIM ~ Nathan is the Managing Principal of Harbinger Property Group in Leawood, KS. Since 1995 he has completed in excess of $150 million in commercial real estate transactions around the Kansas City metro area. In 2003 he was named the ‘Commercial Salesperson of the Year’ by the KC Regional Association of Realtors.
Russell Pearson~ Russell (Russ) specializes in sales and leasing of industrial properties for Harbinger Property Group. Prior to joining Harbinger in 2007, Russ spent nine years as an Operations Manager and part-owner of a sheet metal fabrication plant in the Kansas City area. Russ earned his Masters in Business Administration from UMKC in 2006 and is currently a candidate for the CCIM designation.
